VISION : 

The general vision of the college is to inculcate human values and rational spirit among its students and to offer quality education without making any religious or gender discrimination. The college aspires to fulfill the academic aspirations of pupils living in remote areas and belong to SC/ST/OBC and religious minorities. • To ensure the holistic development of the students of the college through our NSS unit which bridges the gap between the students and the people in the community.

• To impart quality higher education uniformly to all students irrespective of their caste, creed and gender with special consideration to backward sections, weaker sections and slow learners.
• To provide well-equipped modern infrastructural facilities to students in an environment conducive to learning with the help of our learned faculty and staff.
• To promote cultural & social integration through constant motivation with example teaching and learning.
• To make our students academically sound with multidimensional knowledge through special employment training and to make them fit for campus interview and other government jobs.

OBJECTIVES :

• To provide teaching and learning in the field of conventional and modern subjects approved by the University of Calcutta with the purpose of promoting higher studies.
• To impart both theoretical and practical training in the field of education to develop appropriate skills among the learners.
• To provide opportunities to the students and teachers to expand other knowledge base and quality development.
• To provide special care to the students who are educationally lagging behind.
• To organize self-development programs and placement facilities for the students after the completion of course.
